Saturn – Neptune  is a cycle of 35 years characterised by:

- idealist or unrealistic movements; vision of a utopic society; esoteric groups;

- oil exploatation;

- epidemics;

- independence movements;

- communism is represented by Neptune, as a political ideology where all are equal; in many ways it proved to be an unrealistic plan; the cycle is linked with the evolution of communism;

- represents the protests of the people which don’t obey any more, a vision for the future, hope;

1.    1989 – 2026, 12 Capricorn – first conjunction on 3 Mars 1989

The current Saturn – Neptune cycle (chart of the cycle is the picture below) has the following characteristics:

Fall of USSR:  the Revolutions of 1989 overthrew the communist regimes in Poland, Hungary, East Germany, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Romania. The Soviet Union was dissolved by the end of 1991;

a)    First conjunction (1989 – 1990) – Saturn conjunct Neptune in Capricorn
