1. Jean Jacques Rousseau (1712 – 1778) with Uranus conjunct Pluto in Virgo – Genevan philosopher who wrote The Social Contract and influenced The French Revolution with his political philosophy. The Social Contract theorized about the best way in which to set up a political community and argued that only the people, in the form of the sovereign, have that all-powerful right, not the monarchs.
